Chi-Chi is a communications strategist with extensive experience creating and implementing social media campaigns in conjunction with public relations, investor relations and brand marketing efforts. Chi-Chi is also experienced in consumer and business-to-business public and investor relations in the internet, telecommunication, pharmaceutical, technology and education sectors for both U.S. and Chinese companies. |

At KCSA, Chi-Chi has led the development of a social media practice and agency process. She has counseled clients on the design and implementation of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, blog, YouTube, SlideShare, StockTwits, FourSquare and social bookmarking channels for numerous social media campaigns, with a special focus on social media for investor relations. Previously, Chi-Chi held positions consulting on communications strategy with New York area public relations agencies and nonprofits.
Chi-Chi holds a master's degree in public relations and corporate communications from New York University, a master's degree in education from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Michigan. She plays an active role as the Social Media and Member Recruitment Chair of the New York Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and presently serves as an adjunct faculty member at NYU. |
