As a generalist IR professional, Garth has worked with dozens of small-and micro-cap public companies in a number of industries, including healthcare, software and business services sectors. He has helped KCSA clients navigate through a myriad of investor relations issues that include: management team changes, proxy fights, mergers and acquisitions, as well as IPOs.
Some of the clients that Garth has provided strategic investor relations counsel include Authentidate Holding Corp, MGT Capital, Delcath Systems, 4Kids Entertainment and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust.
