Jeffrey Goldberger is a Managing Partner at KCSA. He oversees the firm's integrated communications service offering and the financial and business services practice area.
For more than 15 years, Jeffrey has provided senior investor relations counsel to micro- and small-cap companies. His experience includes strategic counsel, proactive institutional outreach and transactional (IPO, secondary and M&A) communications support. Financial services sector experience includes Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, Forefront Capital, JMP Group, LaBranche & Co., Macquarie, Merrill DataSite, TD Financial Group and WisdomTree Investments. In addition, Jeffrey has become increasingly involved in the education sector through engagements that have included Ambow Education, Bridgepoint Education, Campus Management and EducationDynamics. Most recently, Jeffrey joined the Board of Directors of MOUSE, a nonprofit organization that empowers underserved students to provide technology support and leadership in their schools, supporting their academic and career success. |

He holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jeffrey actively participates in triathlons and was a finisher of Ironman Wisconsin in 2005 and Ironman Switzerland in 2010. |
