Paul Sagan is Vice President of Investor Relations in KCSA's Boston office.
Paul has more than 20 years of experience in investor relations, financial media relations and integrated marketing communications for both public companies and consultancies. He has extensive experience in IPO and corporate disclosure communications and has held senior communications positions at Thermo Electron Corporation, Allmerica Financial and Camp Dresser & McKee.

Paul is skilled in presenting complex investment information about client companies to both the analyst community and the general public. He has provided investor relations counsel for IPOs in the scientific instrumentation, medical device, alternative energy, and environmental services markets, and helped develop the investor and media relations strategies for more than $1 billion in equity and convertible debt offerings. Paul was also a member of the communications team for one of the nation's first insurance company demutualizations.
Prior to joining KCSA, Paul was an executive with several leading Wall Street and New England-based IR and financial communications agencies, where he counseled clients in the life sciences, financial services, industrial capital goods and high technology fields. |
