Jeff is the Chief Executive Officer of KCSA and brings 15 years of integrated IR, PR and marketing experience to help clients grow their businesses. He has lectured in the U.S. and internationally on building relationships with Wall Street and is the author of the book, Investor Relations: The Art of Communicating Value.
Prior to joining KCSA, Jeff was a securities and corporate attorney specializing in corporate reorganizations, bankruptcy proceedings, transactional matters and commercial litigation.
Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in government from Cornell University and a law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
At 6am every day, Jeff can be found doing burpees or throwing heavy weights over his head at Empire State Crossfit.
Todd is a Managing Partner at KCSA and oversees the firm's investor relations practice.
Todd specializes in the implementation of proactive investor relations programs for public companies, including crisis communications and IPOs. He has led successful corporate communications campaigns for more than 100 micro- and small-cap companies and has provided strategic communications counsel to hundreds of C-level executives.
Todd has been the recipient of the Silver Anvil award and The IABC Ace Award for Business Communications.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Hofstra University. In is free time, Todd is a songwriter and plays lead guitar in a blues band.
Lewis is a Managing Partner at KCSA and oversees the firm's public relations practice.
For 16 years, Lewis has worked to implement eminence, thought leadership, and public affairs programs designed to build business and garner fairer valuations.
Lewis developed a campaign mentality working in national, state and local politics for U.S. President Bill Clinton, U.S. Senator Robert Torricelli and then-First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton. He designs programs with a specific business objective in mind, a targeted timeframe, attention to maximizing limited resources and a measurable ROI.
He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Rutgers University. Lewis is a fan of Rutgers, the Mets and Jets and tends to root for sports teams that have a long and storied history of losing. Jeffrey is a Managing Partner at KCSA who oversees the firm's integrated communications service offering as well as the financial/business services and energy practice areas.
For 21 years Jeffrey has provided strategic counsel to private and publicly-traded micro/small-cap companies. His experience includes strategic counsel, proactive institutional outreach and transactional (IPO, secondary and M&A) communications support.
He holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jeffrey actively participates in triathlons and was a finisher of Ironman Wisconsin in 2005 and Ironman Switzerland in 2010. He hopes to compete in an Ironman again in 2015 and every five years after that.
Garth is a Managing Director in investor relations at KCSA and has been with the company since 2002.
Garth is an accomplished IR generalist that has consulted dozens of small-and micro-cap public companies in a number of industries, including healthcare, software and business services sectors. He has helped KCSA clients navigate through a myriad of investor relations issues that include: management team changes, proxy fights, mergers and acquisitions, as well as IPOs.
Garth holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from SUNY Plattsburgh.
When not working, Garth is in the Northern Adirondacks spending time outdoors with his two boys and wife.
Julie is a Senior Vice President of investor relations at KCSA and oversees the firm's Los Angeles office.
Julie has more than 15 years of experience in executive financial leadership roles with both private and publicly traded companies, including four years of CFO level experience and running her own financial consultancy.
Prior to joining KCSA, Julie was with ICR where she provided strategic communications counsel to a host of clean tech, resource and small/micro cap clients.
She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California, a certificate in Corporate Conflict Resolution from Loyola Law School, a certificate in Accounting from the Center for Non-Profit Management and a Master's degree in Environmental Science & Policy also from USC.
Julie is a published writer, photographer and compete in the occasional triathlon including a couple Ironman finishes and, on the weekends, can be found watching USC football or at the beach, sometimes both.
Phil is a Vice President in the investor relations department at KCSA.
Phil has developed proactive investor relations and communication strategies for several multi-national micro and small cap companies in diversified industries such as healthcare, alternative energy, oil and gas and technology.
Phil is a Wall Street and Investor Relations veteran having worked at such firms as JPMorganChase and Merrill Lynch. His experience includes IPOs and reverse mergers, implementing retail and institutional road shows, and providing strategic counsel to clients.
Phil holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Kent State University as well as Series 7 and 66 licenses. When not in the office, Phil can usually be found on a ski slope, fishing boat, or on Twitter @phil_carlson.
Rob is a Managing Director in investor relations at KCSA. Rob focuses primarily on the technology, media and telecom (TMT) space working with small- and micro-cap public companies.
Prior to joining KCSA, Rob was a small-cap portfolio manager at RBC Capital Markets. He also worked as a trader and analyst for Goldman Sachs and on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange as a market maker for Spear Leeds and Kellogg Specialists.
As a former institutional investor and trader Rob has long standing relationships with the buy- and sell-side and is active in the investor targeting effort for KCSA clients. Rob holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Hofstra University; Series 63, Series 7 and Series 55 licenses; and an advanced certification in Fundamental and Technical Analysis from The New York Institute of Finance.
When not in the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and rooting for the NY Giants, Knicks, Rangers and Yankees.
Anne is a Managing Director in public relations at KCSA. In addition to heading KCSA's Los Angeles office, she also oversees KCSA's advertising and media practice. She consistently offers her clients innovative campaigns and expert counsel that produce measurable results.
Anne has an array of consumer and business-to-business public relations experience in the advertising, media, biotech, professional and financial services industries.
Prior to joining KCSA, Anne worked at STC Associates in New York.

Jason Mayde is the Interactive Director at KCSA Strategic Communications.
Jason provides interactive strategy and services that include Web site design, user experience (UX) development, workflow architecture and implementation and search engine optimization (SEO). He provides technology counsel to ensure that KCSA clients are communicating with key stakeholders through various online channels and driving an effective digital presence.
Stephanie is the Marketing Manager at KCSA.
In this role, Stephanie creates customized marketing strategies for clients across a variety of industries. She advises clients on a range of marketing tactics including brand identity development, website and sales collateral creation and media planning.
Prior to joining KCSA, Stephanie spent many years as a marketer in the financial services industry.
Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Lehigh University and a master's degree in integrated marketing from New York University.
When not in the office, Stephanie loves to travel, try new workout classes and see Broadway shows.
Danielle is a Managing Director in public relations at KCSA.
She works with both public and private companies to implement integrated public relations and marketing campaigns to ensure that their key messages are distributed throughout multiple channels.
Danielle began her career at KCSA in the public relations group. She later went to Weber Shandwick, where she worked as a Group Manager, developing corporate branding programs for a variety of organizations, before returning to KCSA.
Danielle holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Pennsylvania State University. Danielle is in an "all girls' fantasy football league. Her team name is "Sexy Wexy" and she recently made the playoffs.
Katherine is a Vice President in public relations in KCSA's Boston office.
Katherine brings 16 years of agency and corporate experience to the firm. She works with both public and private companies to implement integrated public relations and marketing campaigns to ensure that their key messages are distributed throughout multiple channels.
Prior to joining KCSA, Katherine worked for a boutique PR agency, where she helped technology, business-to-business, and consumer companies reach greater visibility and sales goals through targeted media and analyst relations. Katherine began her public relations work at FTD, the largest floral company in the world.
Katherine holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Katherine lived in Thailand for almost 2 years where she taught English as Foreign Language at a Thai Teacher's College and a Cambodian refugee camp. While living in Asia, she trekked the Himalayas in Nepal, explored Angkor Wat in Cambodia, and discovered Malaysia's delicious food and ethnically diverse cultures.
Samantha is a Vice President in public relations at KCSA.
In this position, Samantha works closely with a wide range of clients to develop and execute tailored public relations campaigns.
Prior to joining KCSA, Samantha worked for Penguin Group USA in the publicity department for the Putnam and Riverhead imprints where she wrote press materials, interacted with the media, and coordinated author tours for bestselling authors.
Samantha holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy and Spanish literature from the University of Virginia. She is a chocolate and fro yo connoisseur who loves to organize things, run, and play with her puppy, Oliver.
Lisa is an Account Director in public relations in KCSA's Boston office.
In this position, she works closely with a wide range of clients to develop and execute tailored public relations strategies, secure media coverage in top-tier and trade outlets, and create written materials including press releases, pitches, and case studies.
Prior to joining KCSA, Lisa worked for six years at a boutique PR agency. Lisa also has 10 years of corporate project and contract management experience in the environmental services sector.
Lisa holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Massachusetts. Outside the office, Lisa logs many miles walking with her dog, a shelter rescue, and devotes many hours to community service projects.
For over 25 years, KCSA Brand Strategist Rob has developed the brand architectures and conceived the narratives for dozens of evolving companies.
His unique skill is reimaging brands in a manner that is authentic, unique and aspirational.
A branding subject matter expert, Rob has significant experience in: financial services, technology, professional services, consumer products, healthcare and higher education.
Previously he held senior marketing positions at three pioneering dotcoms and at leading advertising agencies in New York and Boston.
The former "Marketing Strategies" columnist for the Wall Street Journal, Rob graduated from Connecticut College with a duel major in English and Art History.
When not transforming brands, Rob is a marathon runner, private fine art dealer, and guest lecturer.
Jonathan is a Vice President in public relations at KCSA.
In this position, Jonathan works closely with clients to develop and execute tailored public relations campaigns.
Prior to joining KCSA, Jonathan worked in broadcast journalism, starting his career at ESPN, followed by Fox News Channel, and ultimately one of the co-creators of CNBC's Fast Money.
Jonathan holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Masters Degree in Communications from Syracuse's Newhouse School of Communications.
He is an avid watcher of the last three minutes of Jeopardy.
Joseph is the Chief Financial Officer of KCSA Strategic Communications. During which, Joseph oversees the finance & accounting department while assuming the day to day responsibilities of Human Resources.
Prior to joining KCSA, Joseph was the Director of Finance & Operations at UrbanDaddy, a rapidly growing digital media brand, delivering consumers unique and local lifestyle recommendations via the web, email and mobile platforms. Preceding UrbanDaddy, Joseph was the Controller of Guidepoint Global, a research firm that provides investors and business decision-makers with on-demand access to industry experts.
Joseph received his MBA in marketing from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Brooklyn College.
